Tim Borden, Borden Landscape Design, has created the new planting design and plant palette for the Golden Gate Point Streetscape, as it is revitalized.

It may be helpful for GGP property owners to know the plants that Streetscape is incorporating in this new planting palette.

Below is the layout for the new planting design for the Golden Gate Point entry.

To see the plant palette with the plants being used in the new entry design Click Here. Of course, GGP property owners can plant any plants they like on their own property – this plant palette applies to Streetscape plantings.

To the extent that a property owner’s property abuts a portion of Streetscape on the “building side” of the sidewalk, changes to Streetscape can be reviewed by the Streetscape Committee and GGPA Board.
