Landscape Plans

Tim Borden, Borden Landscape Design, has created a plant palette of plants that will be used in the Golden Gate Point Streetscape, as it is revitalized. To the extent that a property owner’s property abuts a portion of Streetscape on the “building side” of the sidewalk, changes to Streetscape can be reviewed by the Streetscape Committee and GGPA Board. (Please see attached explanation of the process by clicking here).

it may be helpful for a GGP property owner to know the plants that Streetscape will be looking to incorporate. You can see a list of plant materials and photos of plants in the plant palette for GGP by clicking here. Below is the page for “FULL SUN: SHRUBS”. If you click the Plant Palette, you will see more pages of recommended plants that will be part of the GGP Streetscape as the area is revitalized. Of course, GGP property owners can plant any plants they like on their own property— this plant list applies to Streetscape plantings. Since streetscape can be on both sides of the sidewalk, it’s good to check first.

Below is a sample PAGE of the plant materials. To see PHOTOS OF MORE RECOMMENDED PLANTS AND a full list OF PLANT NAMES click here.
