Board Meeting Minutes March 17, 2007
Attending: Board Members: Clark Brink, Brent Parker, Lothar Sachse, Betsy Henning, Denise Watermeier and Treasurer: Pat Hooley Building Captain: Marge Lavender
Treasurer’s Report was presented by Pat. Members from the 400 building did an audit and found all in perfect order. Report was approved.
Minutes of the Feb. 14, 2007 meeting were approved.
Brent reported on the Streetscape project and its status.
The Concept Review meeting will be held Saturday, March 31 at 9:30AM at St. Armands
Lutheran Church. Notices have been posted.
Beautification: Clark will get the old sign from Betsy and arrange for a new one.
Directory: Will be finished in April 2007
Building Captains: Lothar will send e-mail to captains and remind them to come to our board meetings
Picnic: Will be held April 21, 2007 5-7pm at the Phoenix rooftop, the charge will be $18,-. We will contact City Neighborhood rep. Michelle about tables and chairs for our picnic.
Park Proposal: At the Streetscape meeting the Park-nomination and location will be brought up for discussion and decision.
Breakfast: is planned for July 21, 2007 at Sarasota Yacht Club.
