1. April Minutes read;

2. P Hooley Treasury Report;

B Parker moved to accept report as presented. B Albertson second. Motion carried.

3.Proposal to change GGP October Members meeting to a picnic.

Tentative date; October 15 subject to availability of tables and chairs from the city. P Hooley to check with the city and reserve the date.

4. Landscape Committee Report

C Porter met with City to discuss maintenance issues with plants

B Parker reported it will cost $4,000 to $5,000 for us to request new bids from landscape companies to replace present company. We can call for a Request for Qualifications “RFQ” in lieu of the bid proposal process.

Claudia reported the meeting with the City and Phil Smith was over 4 hours. Many complaints were discussed. City has acknowledged our concerns and agreed to work more closely to correct the issues.

Chris Lyons informed B Parker we have a surplus of funds for the 2011 Landscape budget. We are requesting Phil Smith write specs for the next years’ budget and add a new line item for “Replacement and Reserves”.
All dead trees will be removed and not replaced. Consensus of opinion; we have more than ample amount of trees.

Alta Mer Condominium needs soil remediation and new ground cover plants.
C Porter will report to City what we recommend for future plants and will also assist with advising qualification standards for new landscape maintenance companies. City will write the specs. GGP will have rights to review specs.
Street poles are now numbered.

B Parker reported the GFIs on the light poles do not communicate with our LED lights. It appears we need to install driver boxes for each GFI. We will research cost for future discussions.

5. News Letter; J Dent

We will email John with any newsworthy ideas. Grand Riviera is working on a new identity sign.

6. New Business; B Parker will update the GGP website to link to the Phoenix web site and any other condos websites on GGP. Discussion about Tom Netzel and our possible invitation to a BOD meeting in the future.

Annual Membership meeting January 2012 to be held at LaBellasara

Meeting Adjourned 10:25 AM

Respectfully Submitted
