Discussion regarding GGP sending bill invoices for dues collection. Some residents are requesting formal billing notice.

Majority of GGP membership is paid by each condo association but there are a few members who pay individually. Suggestions from BOD members included posting a bill with each building captain or sending out postcard dues reminder in November.

2. Minutes of May meeting read.
B Parker moved to accept report with corrections. J Dent second. Motion and Vote included acceptance of April minutes as presented at the May meeting. Motion carried.

3. Landscape Committee; C Porter reported City is aware of the issues with the soil and dead plants at the entrance to AltaMer Condominium. Our concerns with the city and lack of quality maintenance of the plants and trees continue. It was suggested we inform our individual landscape companies of the upcoming RFP for year 2012. Consensus of opinion of the BOD member is we need to find a new maintenance company for next year. We also need to be more active in the bidding process.
B Parker suggested we construct a “Schedule of Values” for each line item on the landscape budget.
It is also suggested we assist in the explanation/descriptions of weekly maintenance expectations i.e.: Job Description
OLD Business

Verizon had previously agreed to remove the poles once completion of improvement project. They now claim 12 owners are still connected to the old communication system and they will not remove the poles. Dale Haas will be contacted to see if he can assist us with this issue.
