Membership in the neighborhood association is available to all residents of Golden Gate Point, including owners and renters. Dues are $20 annually for a term of January Thru December.
Those members paid by the end of February, are listed in the annual directory, which is distributed at the April picnic.
There is a meeting on the third Saturday of every month, except December. The membership has four events. The other months the board meets on the roof of the Phoenix. You can click on the schedule for events.
The membership has an annual meeting, and elects officers in January. In April the association holds it's annual picnic. July is the annual breakfast.
For October, a "tradition" has yet to develop, or take hold. We've had various events, including a dog party. We do have an annual flu shot session about this time.
This year (2009) we expect to have a huge celebration with the completion of the streetscape project. Look for announcements on that party.
